SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In order to qualify for this position based on experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience at the NH-02 level that includes the ability to: 1. Providing program support to include managing systems through development, production, and fielding; 2. Reviewing and evaluating program-related components (such as engineering, procurement, production, budgeting, logistics development, sustainment planning, integrated logistics support, testing, configuration management, product improvement, and fielding) to ensure cost/schedule/performance goals are met; 3. Providing technical advice and applying problem solving to internal staff and/or other organizations on program related issues; and 4. Delivering briefings and provide interface coordination with other agencies regarding program/project status. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-02 (or GS-11 equivalent).
