SUPERVISORY PROGRAM ANALYST

You may qualify at the GS-15, if you fulfill the following qualifications: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-14 grade level in the Federal service: Evaluating joint Command and Control (C2) programs to integrate and ensure interoperability with mission partner (NATO, coalitions, Allies, agencies) C2 systems to ensure program missions. Analyzing the assessment, synchronization and integration of joint and combined warfighting development functions and activities in order to address Command, control, communications and computers (C4) needs and interoperability shortfalls. Preparing budgetary estimates and justifications to obtain and secure program fiscal resources. Leading a diverse team of military, government civilian and contractors to negotiate, decide on, and/or coordinate work-related changes affecting integration of actions for mission accomplishment. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Substitution of education may not be used in lieu of specialized experience for this grade level.
This position is part of the Organization of the Joint Chiefs of Staff. The incumbent serves as a Supervisory Program Analyst in the Coalition Operations and Exercise Branch Chief, the incumbent supports the Coalition Interoperability Division CID Chief through management of operations and support functions of the Deputy Director for C4 and Cyber Integration (DDC51) Directorate of Command, Control, Communications, Computers and Cyber (DJ6); and Joint Staff Chief Information Officer (CIO).
