Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience providing risk management subject matter expertise to assigned ship and submarine platforms undergoing complex overhaul, repair and conversion maintenance. Experience with knowledge of ship and submarine nuclear and nonnuclear work, processes, and procedures to conduct quick risk assessments of discussed work. Experience with quantitative analysis and the evaluative methods and techniques for assessing risk, risk management processes, reporting, and metrics collection. Experience analyzing, planning, and adjusting work operations of one or more organizational segments to meet program requirements and objectives within available resources.
