Qualification Requirements: 1. Proven experience in a sit-down restaurant or catering operations, demonstrating knowledge and skills essential for managing and supervising a food service program. 2. Experience as a sous chef is highly preferred. 3. Successful completion of an accredited culinary program may be considered as a substitute for required experience. 5.Applicants must have valid Food Protection Manager Certification from an ANSI-accredited agency is required, such as the ServSafe Food Protection Manager Certification Program. **Resume MUST clearly reflect the knowledge and experience listed under the qualifications criteria above.**
