Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-09) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Having knowledge of engineering and construction contracts; 2) Having comprehensive knowledge of technical engineering principles, building codes, and safety regulations; 3) Having comprehensive knowledge of pertinent contracting procedures; and 4) Utilizing skill in the use of computers and software systems used for preparing specifications, cost estimates, and schedules. You will serve as an ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN within the FACILITIES SUPPORT CONTRACTS BRANCH of PWD EARLE, NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
