Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes experience serving as an advisor on planning and resource execution matters relating to Counter-narcotics (CN) and Countering Transnational Organized Crime (CTOC) requirements; Interpreting policies, programs, directives and regulations in reference to CN and CTOC; Evaluating cost and performance data, develops trends and usage factors, and forecasts financial sustainment cost. Monitoring fund status on a daily basis during periods of constrained funds to include Directing and participating in the formulation of the CN/CTOC program budget execution plan. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12 or above). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Customer Service Financial Management Strategic Thinking Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
