Information Technology Specialist

Applicants must have demonstrated experience as listed below. This requirement is according to the AO Classification, Compensation, and Recruitment Systems which include interpretive guidance and reference to the OPM Operating Manual for Qualification Standards for General Schedule Positions. Specialized Experience: Applicants must have at least one full year (52 weeks) of specialized experience which is in or directly related to the line of work of this position. Specialized experience must demonstrate experience in ALL areas defined below: Knowledge of Software Development Lifecycles and methodologies to include Agile, Waterfall, and Rapid Application Development. Proficiency in documentation and navigating Application Management Tools (e.g., SharePoint) and application lifecycle management tools (e.g., JIRA). Technical expertise in solutions architecture and experience in coding applications using the LAMP stack (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP).
The Information Technology Specialist position is in the Department of Administrative Services, Administrative Systems Office, Systems Execution Division, System Development Branch. The Systems Execution Division focuses on the delivery of products and services to achieve the vision and strategic direction of the judiciarys administrative systems.
