For a brief video on creating a Federal resume, click here. The GS-14 base salary range starts at $104,604 per year. Locality will be determined based on selected duty station location. To qualify, you must have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level or higher in the Federal service. Specialized experience is defined as experience managing, coordinating and advising multi-disciplinary teams that manage and evaluate building operations and/or building management programs. Such experience must include knowledge and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: facility operations; acquisition and administration of service and construction contracts; real property management and safety; lease administration; asset management, capital investment planning; project management or customer relationship management.
As a Service Center Manager, you will serve within a geographical area of Public Buildings Service, Centers Division, providing direction, management, and coordination of PBS programs and activities directed toward profitability and customer satisfaction. Location of position: Public Buildings Service, Service Centers Division in Region 7. Location determined at selection. We are currently filling two vacancies, but additional vacancies may be filled as needed.
