For GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience being fully functional in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Calendar) and have experience using Adobe Pro. Experience with timekeeping and payroll, manpower and staffing, and security programs, policies, and regulations. Experience in processing the full range of personnel actions, (processing requirements for RPAs; supporting documentation requirements; experience in classification, recruitment, separation/termination, reassignments, realignments, details, military furlough, etc.). Experience being the Subject Matter Expert (SME) in communication and writing. Experience analyzing issues, evaluate different approaches to resolution, develop a plan to accomplish the task, and ability to follow through projects to acceptable conclusion, on time and with minimal corrections. Experience with government training and travel programs and regulations, credit card policies and regulations, and budget planning, execution and reconciliation.
