Basic Requirement for Supervisory Program Manager, NH-0340-04 Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes assisting in managing major programs associated with the acquisition of capabilities involving information technology, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, or facilities, etc., within the Health System. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-03).
