Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Management of a multi-discipline team; 2) Operating and maintaining civil works infrastructures such as dams, recreation facilities, or levees; and 3) Developing, justifying, defending budgets or plans for civil works water resource projects. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirements using experience alone–no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

About the Position: Jennings Randolph Lake Project stretches along 5.5 miles along the North Branch of the Potomac River. The project provides recreation opportunities, flood risk management (ex. dam and levee), environmental stewardship, and water supply.
