GENERAL EXPERIENCE: Experience, education, or training in administrative, professional, investigative and/or technical work. Experience evaluating information and/or utilizing analytical skills to disseminate effective communication. Experience using computers and automation systems. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: To qualify at the GS-13 level, you must have at least 36 months of experience evaluating the effectiveness of public affairs programs and developing communication plans. Experience developing and managing social media campaigns across multiple platforms(Youtube, Facebook, Twitter(X), Instagram, etc.) that increase communication with the agency’s audience. Experience planning and executing a budget. Experience planning and coordinating events to include managing and advising staff on special event productions that may include senior military officials, Governors, members of Congress, legislators and other state and local officials. Experience in managing the function of the work to be performed. Experience which includes leading, directing and assigning work of personnel.
