Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lowest grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Grade level will be evaluated on the basis of degree of experience in the following areas: 1) experience in conservation measures, process, and techniques to restore and display historical artifacts; 2) performing preservation of aircraft, missile and weapon system static displays using knowledge of various shop trades such as aircraft preservation, and maintenance processes; 3) ability to use tools and equipment used in the restoration, preservation and maintenance of large-scale static displays; 4) maintaining, and tracking inventory of equipment/assets; 5) communicating and coordinating efforts related to maintenance and upkeep of industrial equipment/assets Additional qualification information can be found from the following Office of Personnel Management website: General Schedule Qualification Standards Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social).
