Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:1) Providing advice to managers and personnel on the hiring process; 2) Analyzing the duties of a position to determine the correct title, pay plan, series and grade level; 3) Recommending solutions to solve recruitment and placement issues; 4) Assessing organizational needs regarding succession planning, recruitment and training.
