INTELLIGENCE SPECIALIST

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GG/GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Performing complex in-depth all-source analysis and production on foreign maritime Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Cyber (C5) capabilities; 2) Applying advanced scientific and technical intelligence (S&TI) concepts using specialized digital data analysis tools for application to complex problems; 3) Leading and tracking complex S&TI analytic projects; 4) Preparing and producing threat and vulnerability assessments, and all-source initiative technical reports and briefings for an executive level audience that demonstrates extensive and comprehensive analytical expertise; 5) Reviewing technical products for overall quality, context/relevancy, analytical integrity, methodology and tradecraft; 6) Representing the organization and conducting liaison and coordination within the intelligence community, DOD, other government agencies, industry, and foreign partners. You will serve as an Intelligence Specialist in the FARRAGUT TECHNICAL ANALYSIS CENTER. Incumbent is responsible for interpreting, evaluating, and integrating all-source intelligence and open-source information into top-level intelligence. All Defense Intelligence positions under the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS) are in the excepted service by specific statute, 10 U.S.C. 1601. This position is in the excepted service and does not confer competitive status.
