Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Performing administrative services managing and executing research projects, (e.g., infectious diseases), to include preparation and processing of protocols, proposals, and science/finance reports; Utilizing rules, regulations, procedures and practices related to budget, finance, contracting and procurement to ensure proper execution of research program milestones; Administering contracting, procurement, acquisition principles, concepts & techniques to carryout/perform contract and agreement preparation to develop, facilitate and manage funding/agreements documents, and processing of invoices for further contracting actions; AND Managing all aspects of the executive division of the organization, (e.g., Directorate), credit card program, (e.g., U.S. Government Purchase Credit Card Program), to include preparation, submission, receiving, tracking, inventory, invoice/statement reconciliation, and resolving discrepancies of all orders requested by the executive division of the organization, (e.g., Directorate).
