Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower pay band, ND-04 (GS-12/13 equivalent), in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector as a professional engineer or scientist providing technical direction in the execution of research, development, or test and evaluation (RDT&E) project for weapon systems. You will serve as a professional Engineer or Scientist managing the Surface Launching Systems Program within the Maritime Warfare Control Systems Division (H20), in the Weapons Control & Integration Department for NAVSURFWARCENDLD. This position is part of the Warfare Centers Personnel Demonstration Project. The ND-5 pay band encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
