GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-06) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing clerical and administrative support such as preparing and disseminating correspondence or memoranda, maintaining and controlling electronic calendars, receiving and screening visitors/phone calls, arranging travel reservations, and maintaining filing systems utilizing office automation to support assigned office(s) in an organization. GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-05) or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector providing clerical assistance such as scheduling appointments and reservations, answering phone calls, and filing records or reports using office automation to support assigned office(s) in an organization.
