Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Maintaining longstanding partnerships with key personnel in the Intelligence Community (IC), Joint Staff (JS), and Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD). 2) Coordinating engagements with the senior program coordinator for interaction with the IC, JS, and OSD to obtain current and validated intelligence, requirements, policy guidance, and authorities required to support mission planning, concept development, and project executions. 3) Providing problem and requirement definition, opportunity identification, coordination, and collaboration with the IC, JS, and OSD concerning intelligence, policy guidance, and authority support required for targeting, planning, risk assessment, and project execution. 4) Providing input to the senior program coordinator and executing the formulation and implementation of IC, JS, and OSD engagement strategies to support the Program Office based on identified DOD and Joint requirements.
