Three years experience that demonstrates broad knowledge of administrative practices and principles. Skill to organize and coordinate multiple high visibility projects simultaneously. Skill to prepare documentation and presentations in proper format in accordance with naval correspondence rules of grammar and punctuation. Skill to operate a personal computer, and associated peripheral equipment and software. Knowledge of a variety of support functions such as gathering statistical data, monitoring and reporting on support budgets, assisting in developing financial plans; obligating funds, liquidating travel claims; maintaining stock of office supplies. Skill to deal with employees at various levels in the organization and to represent the division with customers external to the organization. The incumbent must be able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, to include weekend and evening briefs/programs. Must be able to travel in order to support MCCS functions. Must be able to obtain a government purchase credit card in order to initiate purchase requests for required equipment, supplies, and services with guidance from the MCCS Director/Deputy Director. Must be familiar with Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint. Multi-line phone experience preferred. Must complete USMC E-ITSM Remedy Software training in order to obtain administrative rights to MFR G-6 IT systems. Must complete training on all required software systems.
