In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience. To qualify, your resume must describe at least one year of experience which prepared you to do the work in this job. Specialized experience is defined as analyzing and formulating responses (including training constraints, resource requirements and programming) ensuring training execution using Army training processes such as Structure Manning Decision Review (SMDR), Training Resource Arbitration Panel (TRAP), Training Requirements Analysis System (TRAS), and management of processes to validate and document approved courses/phases for submission into various automated resource systems such as Army Training Resource and Requirements System (ATRRS) and Training Development Capability (TDC) to ensure timely acquisition of necessary resources. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level in the federal service (GG/GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Accountability Education / Training Program Administration Education Consultation, Coaching and Collaboration Influencing/Negotiating Manages and Organizes Information Managing Human Resources
About the Position: This position is in the Defense Civilian Intelligence Personnel System (DCIPS). Employees occupying DCIPS positions are in the Excepted Service and must adhere to U.S. Code, Title 10, as well as Department of Defense Instruction 1400.25. This position is located at the ST-IC-W1E8AA USA INTELLIGENCE CTR OF EXCELLENCE. Serve as the Chief of Institutional Training Management Division, Training Specialist (Intel) and Subject Matter Expert (SME).
