Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9/10 grade level or pay band (DA-03) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following 1) Assisting management in establishing and maintaining a productive climate of employer-employee relationships within an organization; 2) Advising management on labor relations, grievances, law, negotiations, and agreements; 3) Providing management with advice on employee related issues concerning conduct in the workplace to include providing advice and guidance on disciplinary processes and procedures as well as writing disciplinary letters such as Letters of Caution, Reprimands, Suspensions, and Removals; 4) Guiding management on handling employee job performance deficiencies to include providing advice and guidance on appropriate methods for handling employee performance deficiencies; 5) Working with management, individuals and informal groups in matters such as supervisor-employee relations; employee conduct and performance; employee rights, grievances, and appeals; and employee communications and services; and 6) Participating in meetings and panel discussions concerning difficult, controversial human resources related issues. You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST (LABOR AND EMPLOYEE RELATIONS) in the Human Capital Management Group, Labor and Employee Relations (LER) and Special Program Department of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV. The incumbent will provide consultancy services on a vast array of topics to all levels of management in one or more disciplines such as Labor Relations, Employee Relations, Performance Management, Special Programs, and Special Projects and Studies.
