Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a variety of clerical and administrative duties related to a security program including customer service, visitor control and utilization of a security system and procedures. Examples of specialized experience include: 1) Receiving visitors, telephonic and email inquires or requests. 2) Review and verify required security documents. 3) Enter information into a security system. 4) Responds to requests for information such as status of reports, suspense dates for matters requiring compliance, etc. 5) Performs administrative custodian duties and coordinates preparation for all security program inspections or reviews. This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination. You will serve as a Security Assistant (O/A) of NAVBASE GUAM FORCE PROTECTION. A Cost-of-Living-Allowance (COLA) of 12.04% will be added to the stated salary.
