Senior Reactor Inspector

In order to qualify for this position, you must have at least one year of specialized experience at the next lower grade level (GG-13) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. A description of how you possess the specialized experience as well as how you meet the qualifications should be addressed in your resume. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE is defined as demonstrated knowledge of the principles, theories, and practices of nuclear engineering or other engineering disciplines such as mechanical, electrical, chemical, or structural as applied to the degree in engineering or experience that has been or would be eligible for certification as equivalent through professional registration procedures.
This position is located in Region II, Division of Operating Reactor Safety (DORS), Engineering Branch 2. The supervisor is Daniel Bacon. This position is in the Bargaining Unit with the National Treasury Employees Union, Chapter 208. This position is subject to Confidential Financial Disclosure and security ownership reporting requirements.
