STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS (SSP) - Department of the Navy

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-03 (GS-13) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: professional contracting experience providing subject-matter expertise on contracting laws, principles, and regulations relative to acquisition and contracting procurement policy matters, internal and external reporting, training, and facilitation of acquisition related e-business systems. You will serve as a CONTRACT SPECIALIST in the Plans and Programs Division (SP10), Office of Contracts (SPN) of STRATEGIC SYSTEMS PROGRAMS. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-4 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-14 and GS-15.
