Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-11) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Leading quality assurance efforts in procurement, construction, and repair of ships or submarines to oversee audits, evaluations, and corrective actions in order to ensure compliance with a quality assurance program and enhance product quality.
