MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST

GS-09: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Knowledge of DON, United States Marine Corps (USMC) and NCIS missions, organizations, and management procedures sufficient to serve as the office’s primary point of contact for a wide array of programmatic, administrative, and management matters, such as case and records management; property management; budget-account tracking; timekeeping; transportation; and employee travel. GS-07: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-5 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Planning and performing a variety of administrative and program management functions, and providing such services as case and records management, property management, budget-accounts tracking, timekeeping, transportation and employee travel.
