Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying concepts, principles, and practices in instructional systems design; 2) Using instructional technology including integration of innovative teaching methods supported by technology and methods to prepare instructions to teach using technology; 3) Having knowledge of curriculum development and software applications; 4) Having knowledge of conventional and established submarine training methods; 5) Utilizing policy, organizations, and methodologies in training development; and 6) Knows English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and oral communication skills.
