SUPERVISORY CONTRACT SPECIALIST

In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing, executing, and administrating contracts in support of an extensive range of supplies and services related to design, construction, Architect-Engineer, maintenance, and environmental engineering for shore facilities; 2) Managing and motivating groups of contracting/procurement personnel towards organizational goal accomplishment, including setting priorities, work assignments, and assuring quality products are provided in a timely manner; and 3) Advising all stakeholders on overall business-line acquisition strategy, contract policy interpretation, contact price proposal, solicitation, negotiation, administration, and termination of contracts.
