PROGRAM ANALYST

Your resume must demonstrate at least three years of general experience, one year of which was at or equivalent to the GS-4 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector that demonstrates the ability to (1) analyze problems to identify significant factors, gather pertinent data, and recognize solutions; (2) plan and organize work; and (3) communicate effectively orally and in writing. This position is part of the Department of Defense Civilian Acquisition Workforce Personnel Demonstration Project. The NH-2 broadband level encompasses positions equivalent to GS-5 through GS-11. You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Corporate Operations Department, Administrative Services Division (Code 1852) of the Submarine Maintenance Engineering, Planning and Procurement (SUBMEPP) Activity.
