TO QUALIFY AT THE FV-G (FG-10/11) level, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess one (1) year of Specialized Experience equivalent to the FV-F (FG/GS 5-9) level. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized Experience includes experience with inventory control regulations and policies; recording and tracking inventory activity and needs; selecting alternative source of supply; and coordination and control on inventory items; monitoring cost and pricing information and makes adjustments to financial data; compiling financial information for budgeting purposes and performs cost and economic analysis; experience preparing contract bid packages OR Education Substitution: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree OR LL.M., if related OR Combination education and experience may be qualifying for this position.
