Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Expert experience with scientific disciplines across an organization in the areas of oceanography, bathymetry/hydrography, ASW, SSW, MIW regarding various data collection assets, including ship survey data collections, unmanned systems and satellite data to meet National mission requirements. Experience developing short- and long-range work plans required to meet the goals and objectives of the Plans, Programs and Requirements Department. Experience developing and implementing command wide resources, requirements, international programs, and readiness guidance and policy and other administrative processes for an organization. Experience formulating policies and resolutions of problems pertinent to an organizations operation, programs, resource management and/or administration. Strong leadership skills, to effectively manage and motivate others, build positive relationships with team members, and communicate effectively with senior leadership.
