Applicants currently at the GS-13 level may apply to be detailed into this position. Applicants currently at the GS-12 level may apply to be temporarily promoted into this position. Candidates applying for temporary promotion may qualify on the basis of Specialized Experience. Specialized Experience: The candidate’s resume must describe specialized experience equivalent in difficulty and complexity to at least the GS-12 level in federal service demonstrating experience performing inter or intra-agency relations work with constituent groups such as tribes, state agencies, or other enterprises; briefing and/or presenting program information to higher-level Reclamation staff and/or stakeholders; coordinating special projects, making determinations and recommendations for implementation; producing final work products associated with resource management and/or program administration; establishing relationships within and outside Reclamation.
