Specialized experience for Supervisory Interdisciplinary GS-13: One year of specialized experience equivalent which includes serving as a technical resource in, and applying leadership skills on interdisciplinary teams performing, complex and comprehensive functions related to the administration, development and execution of an extensive environmental assessment, evaluation and remediation program. Must demonstrate high-level communication skills and experience providing opinions or advice to stakeholders and leadership on environmental concepts. Experience in keeping abreast of state-of-the-art technology and acquisition methods, and developing and organizing resources to meet environmental project goals that include in-house investigation, assessment, design and construction oversight, and management of similar contract services for both military and civil works projects. Experience in being an active member of interdisciplinary team maintaining communication with stakeholders of diverse backgrounds to accomplish project goals and timelines. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Budget Administration Oral Communication Project Management Technical Competence Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-???????12).
