Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes: 11) Managing cost, schedule, performance and supportability of projects, programs and products as they transition through the acquisition life cycle; 2) Identifying and resolving complex issues related to the functional resources for an organization; and, 3) Engaging with users and externals stakeholders to incorporate feedback into future product improvements. This typically includes work performed at the next lower grade/level NH-02 (GS-11) position in the federal service.
