Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes providing financial advisory services for an organization; preparing a variety of reports covering estimated and actual status of funds, expenses and obligations; AND performing in-depth analysis of budget requests and operating account balances. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11).
About the Position: Responsible as a Financial Management Analyst for the U.S. Army Center for Initial Military Training (CIMT) for providing financial resourcing technical expertise and advice to program and financial management officials within Initial Military Training (IMT). This expertise extends to a wide range of budgeting, planning, programming, and accounting, functions covering all aspects of Army/Department of Defense (DOD) resource management programs.
