Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience in performing administrative duties related to a medical office or health care administration; utilizing healthcare software systems such as the Composite Health Care System(CHCS), Armed Forces Health Longitudinal Technology Application (AHLTA), the Template Analysis Tool, and TRICARE on-line to input and retrieve data; evaluating correspondence for grammatical and/or technical accuracy. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas: Administration and Management Clerical Manages and Organizes Information Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-06).
About the Position: Works under the direct supervision of the Health System Specialist, Department or Clinic, Womack Army Medical Center, who provides overall guidance and direction for day-to-day tasks.
