MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Ability to perform the major duties described above. Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, and equivalent work experience is preferred; 3 years or more experience with Cisco switch configurations and Linux; 3 years or more experience providing hardware and operating system support for a variety of systems; Temperament to communicate with a variety of personalities in a tactful, pleasant and professional manner. Ability to exercise discretion and independent judgment in fulfillment of responsibilities. Must have an analytical mind, be detail oriented and able to adopt new technologies. Produce written documents with clearly organized thoughts with proper sentence construction, punctuation, and grammar.
