Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Planning work to be accomplished, sets and adjust short-term priorities and prepares work completion schedules; 2 ) Identifying developmental and training needs of subordinate employees and/or provides or arranges for needed development and training; 3) Communicating support of policies to subordinates; 4) Assuring equality in determining qualifications, selections, assignments, training, promotions, details, discipline, and awards; 5) Provides technical expertise on all facets of training and employee development; and 6) Managing all operational aspects of a Command’s employee development and training programs.
