GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: applying recruitment and placement laws, regulations, policies, and practices to solve recruitment and placement issues; provides guidance/ resolutions to management on all recruitment and placement issues.; track recruitment actions to ensure management’s recruitment goals are met. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Applying recruitment and placement laws, regulations, policies, and practices to solve recruitment and placement issues; collaborating with management officials to write and review position descriptions; providing advice to managers and personnel on the hiring process.
