Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience performing duties requiring extensive technical and administrative knowledge in barge maintenance, operations, and Shop practices. Experience reviewing, coordinating, and advising production personnel on quality control, training, engineering support, and work management systems. Experience applying in-depth knowledge of towing procedures, make-up, and line handling for movement assistance work. Experience making independent management decisions, commitments recommendations based on his or her evaluations. Experience utilizing shipyard communication structures and channels.
