Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Experience working in a reimbursable funding model; Experience supporting financial management programs through periodic reviews, analysis and evaluations of budget requests, appropriations, and adjustments to determine availability of funds and impact of requests on the budget and effectively recommending dispositions; Experience working with financial systems (such as STARS-FL, SLDCADA, FPS, DTS, etc.); Experience working with RDT&E funding; and Experience effectively leading, coaching, developing, training, and mentoring personnel in a finance department.
