Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector having a mastery knowledge logistics focused plans and operations supporting at least one of the following: Strategic Laydown and Dispersal (SLD); Current Operations; Future Operations; or Future Plans to include implicants to Combatant Level Operation Plans and Commander’s guidance. I have extensive knowledge of reading classified plans, operational information, and documents in order to develop both classified and unclassified logistical plans. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Developing plans in response to deliberate and contingency operations by isolating, defining, and resolving critical logistics, force development, and sustainment problems; 2) Collecting data and utilizing analytical techniques to provide analysis, recommendations, and finished product plans to management that support other plans and operations; 3) Designing and conducting comprehensive logistic support planning studies that align with joint planning program goals, sequences of key planning events and methods of evaluating the feasibility of logistics support plans; 4) Planning and directing studies of current strategic and operational plans in order to address logistical support planning issues;5) Analyzes, develops and provides guidance to units/activities and supported commanders on the execution of logistics support and plans; and 6) Assist with planning and developing command strategic engagements and communications , to include planning and execution of conferences.
