You must meet the following requirements by the closing date of this announcement: SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:GS-12 Level: You must have one year of specialized experience at a level of difficulty and responsibility equivalent to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position includes: Experience with the development and promotion of materials and services to customers or internal/external stakeholders, through the planning and implementation of marketing and communication plans, to inform and educate customers, taxpayers, and/or partners on various matters; Experience with marketing principles and techniques to implement marketing and communications plans to inform and educate a broad range of taxpayers; Experience evaluating promotional methods and media choices; Experience with consultative skills to develop leveraged partnerships.
