Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Examples of specialized experience: Expertise in programmatic and training issues and guidance on the life-cycle and evolving technological requirements for acquisition, development and dissemination of the Navy’s technical data; Coordinating of specific local initiatives among ISSC Cherry Point IPTs and developing local Technical Data Management Branch) strategies to enact national policy; Developing IPT and Program Data Management budget based on short-term and long-term program requirements; Responds to budgetary conditions and constraints, balancing requirements and resources, and takes appropriate action to maximize cost-effectiveness of the department. .
