Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-9 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Advising personnel on administrative policies and procedures; 2) Developing solutions to administrative operations issues; 3) Monitoring suspense items to ensure timely completion; 4) Leading or mentoring a team to accomplish administrative operation tasks; and 5) Implementing administrative policies and procedures in accordance with organization’s mission and objectives.
