SUPERVISORY QUALITY ASSURANCE SPECIALIST (ACFT)

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing some or all of the following duties: 1) Analyzing proper guidelines, policies, and regulations as set forth by instructions and policies; 2) Establishing manpower requirements and negotiates with IPT leads to ensure adequate Quality Assurance Support; 3) Identifying developmental and functional training requirements of subordinates; provide technical advice and assistance on all matters related to quality; 4) Identify and classify quality characteristics of pertinent aerospace products, production methods and industrial processes and procedures used in the overhaul, maintenance, modification and repair of complex aircraft weapon systems. You will serve as a Supervisory Quality Assurance Specialist (Aircraft) over one of two Quality Assurance Program Offices in the Industrial Quality Division of the Aircraft Department at Fleet Readiness Center Mid-Atlantic (FRC Southeast Detachment, Oceana) in Norfolk or Oceana, Virginia.
