Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: In order to qualify for this position based on experience, your resume must describe one year of specialized experience at the NH-03 level in the Federal Service, which includes work that involves: 1) Managing the acquisition of products/programs to include cost, schedule and performance and risk activities within the acquisition lifecycle framework; 2) Identifying programmatic risks and mitigation strategies that best accomplish goals and objectives of the project within recognized guidelines. 3) Managing the development and staffing of contract documentation, to include Requests for Proposals, Statements of Work, Contract Data requirements list, and Source Selection Plans; 4) Managing resource allocation and program execution using an Integrated Master Schedule; and 5) Developing programmatic documentation, including Milestone Packages (such as, Acquisition Program Baselines, Acquisition Strategies, etc.) and Budget and Financial Documentation (such as, P&R Justification, weapon system reviews, spend plans, etc.) The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 (or GS-13 equivalent).
