Applicants will be assessed against Qualification Requirements (i.e. education, language(s), certification(s), experience etc.). Applicants will also be assessed on their responses to the Mandatory Assessment Factors, which are directly related to the position being filled and are essential for successful job performance. The responses should reference the knowledge and experience areas listed below. Candidates who do not fully address all the Mandatory Assessment Factors will not be given further consideration. Ability to communicate routine or basic information verbally and in writing in a clear, accurate manner in an individual or group setting.
