SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: For the GS 6 you must possess 1 yr. of Specialized Experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS 05) in Federal Service that includes performing the following duties: Review and analyze case information, remittance statements and accounts receivable records.; Maintain accounts receivable and supporting documentation.; Validate and monitor account receivable transactions.; Correspond with internal and external agency customers, beneficiaries, vendors, insurance companies, legal representatives, and General Counsel by mail, email, telephone or facsimile. For the GS 7 you must possess 1 yr. of Specialized Experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS 06) in Federal Service that includes performing the following duties: Interpret system, administrative and financial data to identify problems and recommends solutions.; Review and analyze case information, remittance statements and accounts receivable records.; Maintain accounts receivable and supporting documentation.; Validate and monitor account receivable transactions.; Correspond with internal and external agency customers, beneficiaries, vendors, insurance companies, legal representatives, and General Counsel by mail, email, telephone or facsimile.; Reconcile error reports and take corrective action between different systems.; Ensure adequate justification documentation is in place to support a refund or rebuttal of refund request.
